Restoule is an unincorporated area in the Township of Patterson. It is known for the wilderness, forests, lakes and wildlife. It is a popular vacation destination for cottagers, camping, fishing, hunting and ATVing. Restoule is an unincorporated township, meaning activities normally managed by a municipality are managed through the Local Services Board which is a volunteer board of directors operating under the guidance of the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines under the Northern Services Board act.
